A spreading, evergreen shrub, rounded to sprawling, reaching 5-12’ tall and as wide. Stiff, tough and fleshy leaves. Rounded bunches of tiny, white flowers sometimes tinted strongly with blue or lavender. The fruit is round capsule with horns.
