Clinopodium douglasii (Satureja douglasii)
A creeping perennial herb growing to 3.5-7’H x W with fragrant leaves. Small, flaring, tubular, white to purple flowers summer thru fall. Easy, tough, and long lived. Fragrant leaves and flowers are edible. Deer resistant. Cut back occasionally to promote bushiness. Drought tolerant, but best with some summer water. Part shade.
