A petite buckwheat to 1.5’H and 3’W (native to the Channel Islands) spreads moderately but stays compact, making it a good choice for small spaces. Rosy-colored flower clusters rise above low-growing foliage attract a variety of pollinators, especially butterflies, from spring to fall. Seeds provide food for birds. Best in full sun with a small amount of supplemental summer water.
