Perennial herb 2-4’ tall x 1’ wide. Striking red flowers in spring and early summer attract hummingbirds, bees and butterflies. Drought-adapted to thrive in rocky, well-drained soils. Good for rock gardens, slopes and pathways. Summer deciduous.
