Valley oak

$6.50$12.75

A deciduous white oak tree to 70’H and as wide. The fastest growing of California oaks. Deeply-lobed leaves with no bristles. Foliage is greyish-green. They like to be plugged into a water source if possible but not waterlogged. The water source need not be huge, but it does need to be there. Easy to grow, it will grow up into a whip for the first years. It’s shape starts as a vase, and progresses to an umbrella. With water it can grow to 20′ in 5 years, 20 more in the next 5.
